Samantha Puckett
Patient Care Manager

Samantha joined our clinic in May of 2017 and comes from a banking background. She specializes in providing important hearing aid benefit information to our patients. She also provides support for our doctors and front office staff. She finds working in our clinic and being a part of the patient experience extremely rewarding. She and her family live in Fort Smith. They share a love for the outdoors, reading, and spending time with their dog.

Brittany Valdez
Audiology Technician

Brittany joined our clinic in December of 2022. She is one of the cheerful technicians who will help you with your hearing needs. She works hard to ensure your experience at Center for Hearing and Balance is a positive one. Brittany lives in Van Buren with her husband and two children. She enjoys her small farm and being outdoors. She loves horseback riding with her daughter and watching her son play football.

Mercedes Randolph
Audiology Technician

Mercedes joined our team in May of 2022. She is passionate about helping improve the life of others. She balances her professional life with being a proud and dedicated wife and mom to her young daughter. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, relaxing outside, and spending quality time with her family and their cat Tulip.

Brandi Davis
Patient Care Coordinator

Brandi Davis is a dedicated Patient Care Coordinator at the Center for Hearing and Balance, where she takes care of patients at the front desk. She has been married to her husband since 2009, and together they have two wonderful daughters. Outside of work, she cherishes spending time with family and enjoys sunny days at the beach.

Brandi loves creating handmade gifts and projects that bring joy to others. She believes that the best things in life are shared, whether it’s a special moment with loved ones or a thoughtful handmade creation. Through her dedication to family and creativity, Brandi embodies the spirit of love and togetherness, making a positive impact in the lives of those around her.

Dr. Kelley Linton
Au.D., CCC-A, F-AAA

Kelley lives in Van Buren and enjoys staying very active in her local communities. She is a graduate of Leadership Fort Smith and Leadership Crawford County. She has served on the Leadership Fort Smith Alumni Board of Directors and social committee. In addition, Kelley is a volunteer audiologist for the Good Samaritan Clinic in Fort Smith and is part of medical mission teams that travel to Honduras and/or Peru every year to evaluate and treat those in need.

In her spare time Kelley enjoys running, hunting, and traveling with her husband, Kevin and their five children.

NASA recently invited Dr. Kelley Linton and Kevin Linton, of Center for Industrial Audiometrics (CIA), to the Kennedy Space Center to view the fully stacked Artemis rocket. The Artemis is the next spaceship going to the moon.

CIA is working with NASA to protect the hearing of both military and civilian personnel on this endeavor. The Artemis is made in America and all 50 states are contributing to this effort. CIA is proud to be one of the companies representing Arkansas.

Tasha Ingram
Audiology Technician

Tasha has been a proud member of the Center for Hearing and Balance team since 2019. She feels her role as an Audiology Technician has allowed her to make an impact on people’s lives by helping them with their hearing health. In addition to her career, she cherishes her role as a wife, and mother to their daughter and son.

Their family includes not only two beautiful children but also their furry companions, a loyal Great Pyrenees and a spirited Giant Schnauzer mix.

Kindness and compassion are the guiding principles in her life. She’s always been a people person, finding joy in connecting with others and making a positive difference in their day. As she continues on life’s journey, she looks forward to new adventures, watching her children grow and enjoying every moment with her family and furry friends.

Chasidy Beavers
Audiology Technician

Chasidy has worked in the medical field since 1995 and joined the Center for Hearing and Balance team in January of 2017. Chasidy lives in Lavaca with her husband, Toby, and her miniature dachshund Gus. She is a bonus mom to Jessica and Colton and is CeCe to her grandson Rogan. In her spare time, she and her husband spend their time camping and trail riding OHV’s with friends and family in the national forests across the state of Arkansas. She also enjoys cooking, painting and crafting.

Raelynn Bryant
Audiology Technician

Raelynn joined our team in December of 2021. She loves working with our patients to help them hear to the best of their ability. She is also a part time college student. Raelynn lives in Van Buren with her cute puppies. In her free time, she enjoys running, traveling and spending time with her family.

Kelsey Fodge
Patient Care Coordinator

Kelsey is one of the first friendly faces you’ll see as you enter our clinic. She loves getting to know our patients and helping them get ready for their appointment. Kelsey grew up in Fort Smith and graduated from Southside High School. She lives in Barling with her husband, daughter and four animals. In her free time, she enjoys reading and writing.

Tiffany Smothers
Patient Care Coordinator / Referrals Liaison

Tiffany is a dedicated and passionate healthcare professional. She manages the referral department at our clinic and helps ensure our patients’ appointments are seamless from start to finish. Tiffany is always willing to go the extra mile to help our patients and continually looks for ways to improve the quality of care our clinic provides. In her free time, she loves spending time with her husband and children and enjoys outdoor activities with them. She is also a talented artist and enjoys crafting, painting and drawing.

Rusty Jones
Public Relations Representitive

Rusty is a retired Respiratory Care Practitioner. His ENT physician referred him to Center for Hearing in 2007 for hearing loss. Rusty was a patient for six years before retirement which lasted four years. He says he was excited when asked to join the amazing team who had cared for him for 10+ years. Rusty feels it is a blessing to continue helping people better their quality of life.

Leeann Harrelson
Office Manager

Leeann is our office manager and has been with our clinic since 1999. She is always available to assist patients or their family members who have questions or concerns about our clinic and the services we provide.

Being part of a team of professionals, who are completely dedicated to helping patients hear and communicate better, keeps her motivated. In addition to many “behind the scenes” support roles, she also loves planning social events for our patients to come and visit, relax and enjoy refreshments with us.

Leeann enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, gardening and spending time in the great outdoors.

Dr. Lori Boyd
Au.D., CCC-A

Lori is a native of Fort Smith and has practiced in the area since 1998. She is married to Justin, who is a pharmacist and local business owner. They live in Fort Smith with their three children Mora, Olivia, and Amelia. In their spare time the family enjoys fishing, hunting, exploring the great outdoors, and spending time at their cabin in northern Crawford County. Lori also sings in her church choir and volunteers at her daughters’ schools. She loves golfing, jogging, reading, and spending time with her family.

Lori enjoys working with patients of all ages for both diagnostic testing and hearing aid fittings. She loves the challenges that come with solving problems for her patients to improve their hearing. She considers Center for Hearing her “home away from home” and is proud to be a part of an outstanding team who always goes above and beyond to make patients’ experiences the best they can be.

Dr. Kailey Thompson
Au.D., CCC-A, FAA

Dr. Kailey Thompson is our newest audiologist at Center for Hearing and Balance. She is an Arkansas Native and received her Doctorate of Audiology from the University of Tennessee. She completed her 4th year residency in Colorado at the largest ENT practice in the state.

Dr. Thompson enjoys working with patients of all ages for both diagnostic testing and hearing aid fittings. In addition to routine audiological testing, she is passionate about electrophysiological and vestibular evaluations of the auditory and vestibular (balance) systems and providing her patients with the best care possible. She is a member of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) and the American Academy of Audiology (AAA).

Dr. Thompson lives in Fort Smith with her husband and their two cats, Smoky and Rocky. She and her husband are avid hikers, bikers, and travelers.

Dr. Trace Cash
Au.D.

Trace currently lives in West Fork, Arkansas, with his wife of over 25 years, Rachel, and lots of pets. His family has 4 dogs, 4 cats, 2 goats, 7 chickens, 3 ducks, and countless fish. His two children, Brenan and Baileigh, both attend the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville. He grew up in Denver, Colorado, and his family moved to Arkansas when he was in high school and he’s stayed in Arkansas ever since. Trace graduated from West Fork High School and attended college at the University of Arkansas. It was during this time that he opened up his very own, successful, small-retail business in Fayetteville. Upon selling that business, Trace moved to the Little Rock area where he spent 8 years as a Cardiac Nurse at one of the largest hospitals in the area. During that time, he also completed his Doctoral degree in Audiology from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences.

“Finally back home” as he puts it, Trace is active in both the Fort Smith and Northwest Arkansas communities. He coaches a variety of youth sports, is a member of numerous school activity boards and spends time at local animal shelters, which hold a very special soft spot in his heart. He enjoys collecting toys, playing golf, being anywhere outdoors, and traveling.
